Best PJ's and Best Customer Service
It's probably the 4th or 5th Christmas that we buy LazyOne's PJ's and we're always so pleased with the comfort and quality. Also we really appreciate how adults and kids always have great designs matching for the whole family. Usually we buy them from the Canadian website, however this year the family is not getting together due to the pandemic. Even so we were still committed to try to get matchhing PJ's for everyone, even if we'll have to celebrate through Facetime in 3 different countries. It wasn't an easy task, but thankfully we found Tam! She's truly the biggest treasure we could find. I completely forgot that I was buying from a retailer online, it was more like talking to friend. In the end, after lots of emails, she found a way to keep our family Christmas tradition. Thank you Tam! We got our beautiful PJ's. I really can't say how much it means to all of us.
